Purchase the XL for a 190cm tall young man. They are way too small in the leg length and the width did not support the height - the width was way too big. Imagine buying a T-shirt that is square when you put it on - not long enough and too wide - these pants are the equivalent of that situation. If you have a stocky build with a height 175cm or so, these will be perfect. If you have a slight build and are 185cm or more these will literally fall to the floor - so the short leg will not be a problem as the waist is too large to stay up!

These are the second set of these I have purchased. I had the first pair for years until my daughter destroyed them on accident. They fit great, they are comfortable and cozy and have that old timey traditional flannel pants look. These are perfect for cold Michigan winter nights lounging in the living room. They are durable and stand up to tons of wash cycles (but not teenage girls using them in a school pajama day event). Warm, cozy, comfortable, stylish, functional - they check all the boxes.
