I bought this edible rice paper for wrapping homemade nougat, and it worked wonderfully! The sheets were thin but sturdy enough to handle soft candies without tearing.

Use them to take herbal supplements. Perfect for 1 gram. Learning curve to dampen my fingers just enough to seal them but work great!

Instead of using capsules to deliver bitter yucky recreational supplements, the rice paper works wonderfully well. It weights nothing at all works great for edible things. It is one of my most amazing discoveries for 2023!

The product is TINY, absolutely not the size the picture would suggest. 1 inch by 2 inches roughly, they're small sheets, not what you'd expect to be able to cook with.

They're not sticky enough by default, but the slightest amount of water will over-compensate in the other direction & cause them to stick & clump up. The taste is fine (which is to say that it hardly has any taste & therefore won't distort the flavor of whatever dessert you're trying to make), but I think I'll still search for some alternative brands next time.
