It’s an awesome product it’s blow drying power with the right temperature dries quickly just like how u get it done in the saloon and keeps my hair straight through the day.. it’s a tab bit heavy... but easy to use

Nice product. Bit heavy for usage. Quality of the product is very good. A question on the genuinity of the product because the packaging didn't had any sort of bubble wrap or thermocol inside the box. Outer box had been worn out.

I believe heat and speed are the only features that matter for drying my hair efficiently, and I noticed the Alan Truman Force 9900 is among the hottest and fastest of all the dryers I have used till date, probably because I hadn’t used a professional one until I ordered this. It hardly weighs anything close to 500gms, it is comfortable to hold, has a glossy black sophisticated design and overall has the best combination of features that are important. I’d like to further review this product in detail. · Heat settings: It has 3 heat settings which means I don’t have to keep blasting my hair on high and incurring more damage, once it’s mostly dry. · Speed Setting: This dryer has 2-speed settings which help me adjust the airflow depending on how wet my hair is. · Cord: The Alan Truman Force 900 dryer has a 3-meter long swivel cord. Which makes it very convenient to use in spite of the switchboard being away from my mirror. I don’t need to use an extension board while using this dryer, unlike other hair dryers. · Grill: This dryer has a Tourmaline Ceramic grill that makes my hair shiny and prevents the hair from looking dull and damaged. · Weight: This dryer doesn’t weigh anything more than 500 gms approximately. Since the dryer is light in weight it is easier for me to hold for a longer period of time. · Attachments: This dryer comes with 2 concentrators: narrow and wide. This concentrator makes straightening easier by concentrating the airflow in one direction. · Button placement: Buttons are placed entirely on the front portion of the dryer’s handle so they don’t poke my hand and are hard to hit accidentally making the experience of using a dryer nicer. · Handle shape: The shape of the handle is round and it’s not very wide. It is not very hard to have a grip on. · Sound: The dryer doesn’t make a very loud and whiny sound. This makes it less annoying as compared to other dryers. · Vibration: The Force 9900 dryer doesn’t rattle and vibrate much and has a more pleasant feel. · Cool shot button: Once my hair is totally dry, I press the cool-shot button, that helps seal the hair cuticle, keeping my hair smoother. This dryer also has a set of disadvantages that the brand should probably work on: · It’s a little heavier than the hairdryers I’ve used earlier. · Should have been a little compact in size as this size gets difficult to carry on trips.

It’s a decent product .. does a good job of blow dry of know exactly how to blow dry .

Works well . Strong blower with 3 fan speeds and heat settings . The cold blow feature is such a hair saver . Only 2 shortcomings - First there is a certain machine oil like smell which is emanated from the blower motor . ( It subsides with use but not completely ) . Secondly the boxes of the 2 hair dryers I have ordered so far were delivered in a crumpled and torn state - almost leading me to believe that the product was used . But both the dryers are working just fine so far .

My dryer not working properly now and it also have warranty period but there is no authorised service centre how can I get my warranty
