Great board, amazing results, cant even begin to tell you how cynical I was, but I use this thing every day now. I am a combat wounded veteran of OEF and 20 years of military experience in addition to ALL of the high contact sports to include MMA and Hockey. I have been slowed down a lot because of aches and pains; but specifically from my knees and bulging disks in my back. This board has brought back some youth to this middle aged guy. I look forward to repeated and long term use. After a 15 minutes long session, I feel like I just did a nice warmup sprint and my muscles are all awake and ready to go. Ive even noticed my body is showing some pronounced leanness that I attribute to lymphatic drainage in some stubborn areas. However, this may be a combination of my other new daily routine of drinking green tea while Im on the board. My experience has been so good, Ive even told friends and family about it which is not something I do unless I believe it works. I actually wish I could get a commission, because Ive probably directly contributed to about 20 of these boards being sold now. Very pleased with results and functionality of this product.
