This product is perfect. Slices cheese precisely. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles and extra parts...but for Pete's sake, it is just a cheese slicer. It does the job just like it should. It is not expensive or complex. Buy it. Easier than using a knife or a cheese slicer that works like a guillotine.

bigest problem is... these are small.... the width is barely enough to cut a 1 lb cheese block. I have not tried with bigger blocks, but i'm betting they wont cut it :p

It cuts the cheese like grandpa after eating to many beans.

I tend to go to the negative reviews first, because the 5-stars sound like TV wrestling. (fake) All the bad reviews said "it didn't work", yadda-yadda. Well, it 'Came, it saw, it conquered'. Sliced cheese just fine. Non-adjustable, so what. Like my parents, you must simply figure it out on your own. VERY affordable, and I like a bargain. You want a 15+ dollar slicer? It works for what I need it, but it is not as sturdy as I would like, and I have to push down a little to get a decent size slice. When it hits the edge of the cheese it always breaks off causing a mess not being smooth. Not the best but durable.

My old one is a Presto brand. It was better than any other that I could find. But I couldn’t find the replacement cutting wires. So I settled for this one.

Decent, it could be made a little heavier. Considering it was one of the lowest priced offerings, I'm happy.

Para cortar queijos muito moles ele é bem mais prático do que as tradicionais plainas de queijo. Só achei muito frágil. Se fizer um pouco mais de força, o cabo plástico se quebra. Para uso doméstico, baixa demanda.

Tem que fazer muita força para tentar cortar alguma coisa. Péssimo e não recomendo!
