I ordered this Manuel to guide my departmental trainer in how to plan better her training sessions. I was really happy (& amazed) that it is really up to date. To-days Housekeepers really do need to keep up with the times such as energetic & attending the Gym, keeping update with IT Technology etc. Brilliant! I really recommend this book for any one who is interested in Housekeeping.
