Excellent Espresso easy to use
Makes a great cup of expresso and the automatic milk foam work works perfectly. Easy to use and easy to clean up. Compact attractive design fits nicely under the counter. The instruction manual is a series of videos on the app that you download from by scanning the code on the box and instructions are clear and easy to understand. It comes with regular coffee basket filters and double walled filters that the instructions say are better with store bought ground coffee. I use a high quality Italian ground and find the regular single walled basket (with more strainer holes) works best. Expresso is hot and the temperature of the milk and foam level is adjustable from warm to hot. Really an impressive appliance!

Great little machine!
Im not an expert, so can not tell you how its compares to them commercial espresso machines . Its also my first espresso machine , so I cant tell you if it makes great espresso or average . But i can tell you that I am happy with it! I like the taste of espresso it makes!I love that after turning it on its ready after a few seconds! You dont need to wait 5 min or even 20 min ( as with other machines) . I really like this feature! It steams your milk automatically and does it rather well! You can adjust amount of foam you want and also how hot you want it.But if you want you can steam your milk yourself and it works even better! The only negative i should mention is the temperature of espresso. I think its slightly to cool. So you will need to make sure you heat up your porta filter before pulling your espresso

Very good.
It was a NY times wirecutter recommendation, and it did not disappoint. I had it for around a year now and I am very satisfied with its performance.

Sage/Breville Bambino Plus malfunction after 3 months of use
After using the machine for 3 months the Sage/Breville Bambino Plus milk temp and froth lights started to blink after milk steaming and the machine doesn't heat up the milk very well and/or doesn't steam milk.I have done everything I can do:- Descaling- Cleaning cycles- Cleaning the steam wand-Factory resetNothing solved the problem. The Amazon seller (Togalu UK) wanted me to send the unit for repair back and forth at my expense which makes the whole thing not worth it. Amazon support didn’t help. I even contacted Sage directly and they referred me back to the seller. So I am stuck with an unusable and unreliable coffee machine. The machine fault occurred only after 3 months of regular use. This is clearly a common malfunction. I have seen in YouTube and other social networks other people telling about exactly the same issue.Bottom line: don't buy the Sage / Breville Bambino Plus Coffee machine. If you run into the same common issue the manufacturer and/or Amazon will not help you.

A good machine
It is a simple though fairly expensive machine that has a two cup or single cup portafilter and has a steamer with variable milk temperature and frothiness. Water tank size is good, finish is good, heat up time almost instant, pretty easy to clean and looks good in the kitchen. A little bit annoying is the occasional tendency for the portafilter dual filter to detach from the portafilter body and stick to the underside of the machine after coffee is made, also when using the two cup filter the coffee always seems to pour more out of one side than the other. The main thing is that the finished coffee is good so it is still a good machine. Not sure why other reviewers refer to a grinder as it does not have one.

Great little machine and ready extremely quick.
Had this for a few years now and has been pretty reliable. Perfect for people that want a decent coffee without having to take apart and tinker with a specialist machine. Just takes a few seconds to be ready to use and there's no problems with temperature change for frothing milk so it's possible to make another cup straight away. Ideally you need a decent grinder for freshly ground beans to get the most out of it. There are loads of videos to guide you to make good coffee with this model. Perhaps the only issue is when it decides it needs a backflush or de-scale and the lights start to flash you need to get it done before you can make the next cup and it can take a few minutes to do.

Great machine
I've only ever made coffee in a stove pot, so my first espresso machine was quite a revelation. It is, fortunately, very simple. The milk has 3 settings for heat, 3 for foam, and then you just hit go and it does the rest. The min max is quite tight - seems to be about 100ml min and 200ml max, and if you go above/below this there's a mess... The coffee itself involves far more skill - I have a Sage grinder and it took me a while to get the right grind (I'm using a 7 now) and the right amount (18g for a double) and I slightly adjusted the volume up just a tad (easy to do). I can't master the single wall (Barista skills required) but with the double wall I get a lovely crema and beautiful coffee. It does need quite a bit of cleaning up - the drip tray after every use etc. and it's not cheap, but having a coffee better than any shop bought, every day, is such a wonderful treat, and I only wish I'd bought one earlier.
