I have had an aluminium mouse pad for about 5 years from Elzo. It served me well but it got pretty scratched up so I wanted to buy a new one. Unfortunately, Elzo didn't sell them anymore, so I bought a different aluminum one but it was not the same. My mouse didn't glide across the surface like it did on my original. So I sent it back and bought this one instead, and it feels just as good as the one that served me for years. I think it's because of the frosted surface. I highly recommend as of now, being my first day I bought this specific one, the Desire2. I will update if this one wears out quickly, but as of now it is perfect.

Good quality & appearance, easy to clean & great value for money

my boy cant use this as you do get quite a loud scratchy noise when used, I however dont mind it so much. Nice finish, works well with my mouse and looks good

Tracking is horrible compared to normal mouse pad and added to this the noise is so annoying.Its advertised for apple mouse however the mouse was much better on a normal pad than on the metal one.Sending back for a refund

Works very well even though it sits on my old Mat

It works ok. A bit noisy... but that doesn't bother me. The silver surface wears away thought and worse, it seems to remove some of the surface of the black 'runners' on the underside of the iMac magic mouse. I have started to use the black side, but will be getting another pad.

Works fine and looks well made for what it is.
