Side arm is really good, and very easy to use, it’s not to hard, to be honest my game became excellent practicing with this side arm, I think every cricketer should buy this product, you can bowl 140 to 150km speed very easily

ball not coming out
when u put the ball in the side arm and swing it the ball doesnot come out? Is there something wrong? may be the head is too tight

No need for expensive machine if you have this very device for moderate training.
I like the main aspects of this device like to throw up to 160 kmph , variation in length , easy for anybody to throw , etc. On down side i feel it takes quite a time to change the position of the holder to adjust length,in such time batsman's and the thrower's rhythum is being disturbed so instead of screw system manufacturer should provide with some pin type adjustment from which in every delievery thrower can change length and also batsman finds it more harder to practice with varying length every other delievery.
