This did exactly what I'd hoped. Our shower started to get standing water and I didn't want to mess with a large snake or calling a plumber. I knew it just had to be hair near the mouth of the drain. The light worked as it allowed me to see where the hair clumps were. I did not include photos because trust me it was quite disgusting. I pulled out 3 good sized chucks that each looked like about the size of a large rat. I recommend this tool.

This is the best of both worlds. With a light to boot. It works like my old grabber but also has a magnet. I am happy with this tool.

Just received this and it is a great tool. I just don't know how the light works. Would recommend for tight spaces.

The magnet and light set it apart from the usual pickup. Pickup is good for a variety of small items.

This tool gets used every time I have to work under the hood of my pickup. I will always drop something where my fingers and hands just can not squeeze into to get. Not only does it have a magnet on the end that has some strong magnetic pull on it but the button style driven cable to operate the grabber claws on the end are a dream come true to grab that bolt that fell behind that other thing that's under this thing etc... oh and it has a light at the end under the grabber claws that is actually bright enough for it to be useful. The body of it can be contorted into many places and has good strength about holding its position. This is a great tool to be part of the everyday use category for mechanical work

I like to sew but don't like having to pick up everything I drop, especially pieces of thread and straight pins and thread. This will easily pick up one strand of thread, 1 or moire straight pin, small clumps of hair from my dog and many other small thing. It is so useful I have ordered another one for a different room and am considering them as gifts for friends and family Having dark colored throw rugs in my home, the flashlight is also very handy to have at times. Writing this review has helped me make my decision and I will be buying more as gifts.

I got the product to retrieve a goblet I dropped in my nitrogen tank and it worked great.

I have bought a lot of pickup tools. They lasted a year or three. I use them nearly every day. This one however surpasses all the others. It is the best quality in materials and workmanship in a pickup tool I've ever seen. They also managed to install a tiny light in the tip of the pickup end. You can see what your looking for in all the dark nooks and crannies. But be forwarned, keep this close at your side. Or someone will steal it from you. It's that cool.
