Is a great addition to my entertainment center. Shipping was fast and secure. It’s really looks good and offers a wide variety of color options and combo.Heats really well and definitely an eye catcher. Installation is a bit tricky but once done, zero regrets.

This is the best purchase I’ve made yet for my home remodel. I was going for a clean contemporary look throughout the project. This fireplace was the perfect item that brought it all together. Arrived in 2 days, perfect condition! Installed in about an hour. The heater and blower are on the top and back of the unit, blowing hot air upward. Works great and virtually silent on the blower. The flame display looks great on all 3 colors and is really a beautiful mood setter for the room. When the unit arrives, it has a removable glass front, very easy to remove and clean. It is supplied with a bag of crystals to put in the light tray, and are very easy to put in when the glass is removed. ( I think it ships without crystals installed to prevent the display from being scratched) this is a great fireplace at a fantastic price, I highly recommend it !!

Looks beautiful, easy to install. This has a high and low setting 1500w/ 750w respectively. Says in instructions 2 people to install, which is prudent but I did it myself it is fairly easy. I felt no need to install the bottom bracket. The main support has 8 screws which is plenty, I used 6 of them, even more secure if you can hit a stud in the wall. You will want to remove the glass panel first, install bracket and mount fireplace. Then to load the glass crystals at the bottom use a strip of cardboard to hold against the front so the crystals will get situated, then gently slide the glass panel back into the side latches then you can screw in from the side, otherwise the glass marbles will slide out and it will be a pain. Also I included top of the unit pics, by my estimation if you want this partially recessed into the wall, I would not go more than 1 3/4 inches otherwise you will obstruct the heat vent and the manual controls, this unit Cannot be fully recessed. It is low profile and beautiful, mine completely lays against outside of wall, not recessed at all. I put it right over an outlet and you cannot see the plug. Instructions say 1000mm or approximately 39” clearance from the top of the heat vent, mine is 29” from my sloping attic ceiling and does fine, in my unprofessional opinion I wouldn’t have anything closer than 24” but instructions state 39”.I love that all features can be controlled via remote, it has thermostat settings from around 62-80 degrees, heater only w no lights or lights only with no heat.

Update 12/16/18- used the heater for first time on Thanksgiving Day. Was set to 68 for about 3 hours. The heater fuse burned out and melted the electrical panel inside the unit. The entire unit has no power. Contacted the seller and they offered a refund but because I was outside of the warranty, I would need to pay to ship the unit back. It is still sitting on my living floor, as I don’t see how shipping this large, metal and glass unit back will outweigh the cost of the refund and my wasted time. Very disappointed.Love it so far. The instructions were a little hard to read but I figured it out and mounted myself. Once the glass front is off it is a lot lighter and easy for one person to install. I originally had it at the optimal viewing height as per the instructions but ended up lowering it about 8 inches. Looks so much better.

The media could not be loaded. Sooooooooo I was supposed to get one of these over the holiday and now that the weather is breaking i didnt want to lose my momentum for getting one still. I was hesitant about getting something like this online but I took a chance on a 60 inch and im rather pleased so far. I ordered Sunday, and received Tuesday. I also purchased the protection plan. The colors are nice, as well as the settings. Not cheesy at all and It adds a nice touch to our basement. We have a 75 inch tv and the 60 inch was perfect. Not too big not too small.

Simply beautiful 💜. I ordered this on a Thursday the 30th of April. Was not supposed to receive it until May 14. It came May 1st. Yes! One day! Simple instructions. Took about 30mins. To install. Place wall braces in wall screw bracket to wall braces and hook fireplace.We love it. He works great, but I purchased for the ambiance.Oh. I was iffy because of my television size if this would look right, I have a 65in it fit perfectly underneath.

This item looks amazing on the wall in my basement. I had been looking around for awhile for something to finish the look I was going for and this purchase surpassed my expectations!! Very happy
