As described!! -- UPDATE --
Fits perfectly with Bitmain's S9 Antminer. The product is as described & in perfect working condition!! Haven't used a watt meter to measure out the voltage, so can't comment on that. Currently not running it at 220v, just your normal house power. **UPDATE: Guess my lucky streak just got shot. Bought three of these PSUs; the last one from Diamond T. just had to have a dead fan. Miner just got in, did all the things I needed to do & plugged'er in. Was wondering why the power would all the sudden shut off on the miner. Checked the PSU & it was getting hot. Waited for it to cool down then started the bad boy up again & sure enough, the fan wasn't running at all. Had ran it two times & finally found the issue on the third try. It came as described, just had a faulty part in the unit. Customer service was AWESOME, gave me no hassle about refunding.

Excellent product, product performs as advertised
Excellent product, product performs as advertised. Noise level of unit is low when operating. S9 Miner noise level when operating is much higher in the 85-90 dB level.

Works good.
Make sure the power plug you buy for this power supply is c-13 14gauage 220v or higher. This will def help with keeping device safe from over heating and from burning out the power supply itself. Do not use a normal computer plug. It need to be heavy duty to handle that kind of current.

Great, but no power switch or fuse protection.
This appears to be a unit of exceptional quality. I'm sure that it will power my Antminer S9 on 220 Volts perfectly, if and when my Antminer S9 finally arrives... My only complaint is that this power supply appears to have no fuse protection or a power switch. The only way to turn it off is to literally pull the plug, and if it is using a lot of power, which it does (will), there is a slight spark when it's connected or disconnected. I suppose a special switch (DPST) could be wired into the same box as the 220 Volt outlet. With no fuse, you are relying on the circuit breaker as protection.

Takes a beating
I'm running 8 overclocked GPU's on this PSU, pulling 1000w from the plug, and it's been rock solid for two months. I also "shucked" the metal case, removed the fan, and placed the whole unit inside my rig, which has it's own temperature-controlled fans. Because of the small size, I can fit it above the CPU, creating a tidy self-contained rig. I really like it. That being said, the built in fan was extremely loud until I removed it, but for my purposes, that doesn't take away a star since the fan is no longer a concern.

Other then that it works fine.
Wire connectors are barely long enough. If they were just 3 inches longer it would make a world of difference. Other then that it works fine.
