Very excellent design, and well made. I made a fairly large error in length measurement needed. I didn't take a ceiling overhang into account. But because of the 3 part construction I was able to make it work. Super pretty finials too. One suggestion for the design though will put you far ahead off all other rods; Make the wall mount parts of the brackets about twice as wide, then the 2 screw holes outside, outward, for one, and inside, inward, for the other screw. The MOST happy result of this is, the screwdriver can be used straight out from the screws. (Do this before your competition hears about it. You're welcome.) A proper sized pilot nail for Wood frame backed drywall, (usually pine, fir, larch, cedar, redwood, or spruce), would be a sweet lil addition. Marking the screwholes for rods are one of the more difficult things for DIYers. Cloth tape measurers work better than metal for these 2d measurements. But, I have another you're welcome suggestion for you. Include a screw hole insert, removable, that has a small poke/stabber on the face of it, that center marks for the pilot and screw. DIYers will love you for making it possible to have straight and level rods, brackets, and screws. Pros will love you for cutting installation times down.
