Chef'n 104-759-258 Emulstir Salad Dressing Mixer, One Size, Plastic, Arugula/Meringue

I have used this salad dressing mixer for over a year now and I still love it. Make your own mixture of olive oil, vinegar and add herbs and spices. When it is time to use it, move the handle up at the top in and out to mix your oil and vinegar. Great to mix up pre blended packets of salad dressing herbs. Washes easily, is neat and clean on the kitchen counter. It is very economical and healthy to blend your own special vinegars with olive oil and spices and not have all these salad dressing bottles made with excess sugar in the refrigerator. A must-have kitchen tool.

This salad dressing bottle is so helpful. The size is perfect . And the pump/mixer is so useful. I no longer have to use my prior bottle, which forced me to press on top and shake it to mix. This one does it for you, without any spills/leaking. And you can even control the amount of liquid/ dressing that comes out as you pour. Great device!

Works pretty good, but two cautions: do not fill above line because it will not emulsify properly. Twisting the lid does cover the pour spout, but does not create airtight seal meaning that dressing will exit the sides.

Easiest way to give up seed oils and make your own salad dressing. I use two, so I always have a choice of healthy & delicious dressings. Store both in the fridge.

Pros: It works. It looks neat. It's easy to disassemble for cleaning.Cons: It's really rough operating. It's too small for a full batch from the hidden valley packet. It doesn't seal. It's clunky to operate.Overall, I'm not particularly excited about this thing but it did the job. There's something amazing about fresh ranch! Still, there's probably better emulsifiers out there. I think you'd do just as well to use a stick blender.

This works great and has made making salad dressings so easy. Easy to clean, top rack of dishwasher. Love this!

Starring action is the only thing that works. It leaks all over the place. It drips down the bottle puts a ring on the countertop. The videos on it say if you turn it, you can close it, but you can't.
