I was skeptical buying this. I did a lot of reach and read reviews on this and this brand as well as others. I am SO GLAD I decided on this one. Not only did I feel muscles working but I can see it as well! My booty actually felt sore afterwards! The quality is great. The instructions are not very good. But easy to figure out. The belt is good, you have to get it in the right place to work the area you want and lift each cheek in place! I felt a stronger muscular work being on my stomach compared to standing. I HIGHLY recommend! It does everything stated and exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to see the results after a month!
