Amazing- Must Buy for a baker
Right, I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this product. I've struggled to get white buttercream for ages. Adding a drop of purple food colouring, constantly whipping butter for ages! But this! After whipping my butter for about 10 mins, I put 1 x teaspoon directly in with the icing sugar, and wow, my buttercream is actually white! Amazing stuff

Great whitener for buttercream
This stuff is great, I use it for whitening buttercream, don’t put the powder into the buttercream, I mix the powder with a touch of milk and them add slowly to already mixed buttercream. Don’t put in the butter, make sure the butter is mixed and you’ve added the icing sugar ! It’s not going to make your buttercream whiter than white but it does take the yellow out of it

Worked well for ganache
Highly recommend. I had made some white chocolate ganache but it had a yellow tinge to it and i needed it to be white. Tried the purple food colouring hack but that didn't work. Added some of this and it worked wonderfully! White ganache! Only downside is it doesnt have a long shelf life which isn't great if your not a regular baker.

Good for chocolate. Not so good for buttercream
Turned my melted white chocolate white. Pleased with it. But did not work for my Swiss meringue buttercream. Also did not dissolve in the buttercream hence leaving a grainy texture.
