**Q: Can anyone tell me what glue you use and where do you get the Alcohol from**
A: The best glue to use is via a glue gun . You can buy them on line from £7 onwards.  It basically heats the glue and it sticks to the paintwork of the car once it has cooled down and doesn't damage the paintwork.  You can but Alcohol/Ethanol in any DIY store or do what i did and dilute some gin or vodka in some water.

**Q: Will this item pull out 'knee' dents from a washing machine?**
A: Yes it probably will

**Q: What sort of glue and glue gun do I need to use this item?**
A: I purchased the Ragnaros gun which came as a suggested purchase. Be warned that the process is not immediate and takes quite a few goes to get a result. You will need rubbing alcohol or surgical spirit also to remove the glue, this is not supplied.

**Q: when completing this process how do you remove the glue from the bottom of the rod and on from the car?**
A: The glue was not supplied to me so I haven’t used the puller. Not a good buy !
