Works well
I don't know what I expected but it works as advertised. Apply with spatula, leave it for a few minutes then use wet cloth to wipe off and hair is removed.I find using gloves much easier than the spatula. It does have a bit of smell but soons goes away.

Works wonders.
I had an amazing experience with the product. The small spatula was perfect for the job, and the waiting times were spot on. The cream removal was a breeze. I tried it on different areas of my body to see how it worked, and I found that thin layers are key. It only needs to be applied once to remove the targeted area.A few weeks later, and I’m ready to start all over again. Honestly, it’s worth the price, and you get a lot in just one tube. I don’t think I’ll need to buy more for a while now.

Works perfectly
It works perfectly. Yes it smells a bit when you put it on but after it's washed off the odour doesn't last.Leaves me feeling lovely and smooth

It works the first time then ..
when the product is brand-new, It works but not great. I had to apply multiple times to get the clean shave. once open it slowly stops working. Seems like one time use and throw product.

Use this for down below and it works well, I keep it on a few minutes longer than it says for best results and have never had an issue or injury.

Works if I use quite a lot of it.
I have quite thick coarse chest hair that doesn't shave well, and always grows stubble back within a day of shaving with sore razor bumps. I've been using this stuff for every 3 days or so for the past 3 weeks until the 200ml ran out. The first time I used it I don't think I used enough or left it on long enough or scraped it off well enough so the more I used it the more cream I put on and the longer I left it. The very last application I used quite a lot of cream, left it on for 12mins, was quite rough with the scraper when removing (which gets the hair off but leaves me with scratches) and then showered right away and used a fine pumice stone on the hair too then after showering covered my chest in Palmer's Cocoa Butter and that combination seems to have worked the best so far. I have still been getting a few 'razor' bumps while using this cream so it's still not producing a completely presentable look, not entirely sure why as this stuff should soften the ends of the hair so it shouldn't cause bumps as it grows back. Now that I know I'd have to use a lot of this stuff every 3 or so days it could get expensive so I've now decided to try Veet sensitive for men as it's just £6 or so for 400ml vs the £10 for 200ml that this is. The Veet supposedly gets down to the root according to their blurb which should make the results last longer but I won't believe that until I've tried it. I'll come back and edit this review once I've spent a few weeks trying the Veet.
