Copper 12 Oz. SIC (Seriously Ice Cold) Stainless Steel Tumbler Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Cup No Sweat Travel Mug Multiple Powder Coated Colors

I've had mine for 5 months. I loved being able to have a powder coated cup and always receive compliments on it. I was very pleased with my purchase until I noticed a small crack at the base. Overnight the crack has grown and the vacuum seal no longer effective. I am outside of the time frame for a return so I have a message into the seller and will post an update on whether or not they will honor the lifetime warranty.I went through the vendors website and filed a warranty claim. They were quick to answer and honored the lifetime warranty. In less than 2 weeks I have exchanged my broken tumbler for a new one of the same color. I am pleased with the service I received and I am changing my review to 4 stars. I'm only giving it 4 since I had to return the first one. I am also going to order one in another color.

this tumbler is amazing, my first day I bought it I put a fountain Coke in it from 9:00am and all day till 7:00pm it was still ice cold and tasted awesome! This has saved me money from buying drinks all day AND I use it with every beverage now and even before bed I can put some cold water in it and wake up in. Middle of the night and have cold water to drink! I love this cup I REALLY WANTED TEAL THOUGH so if that becomes available I'd love to have it instead, the pink is fine but teal is my favorite color, I suggest the powder coated colors just because it doesn't get hot or cold on the outside for your hands!

I bought this for my wife, after receiving a Yeti as a Gift. Reviewed the Yeti vs. Sic you Youtube.......... only difference was price !! I purchased this SIC for my wife and tested both cups side by side for ice retention. If the SIC wasn't pink, you would not know which cup was which for keeping drink cold and ice retention. The pink cup from Yeti was $99........... no way was it worth that much for the powder coat, as the Sic was powder coated at $40. Other than the price difference, both of these cups perform the same !!! Neither cup sweats......... best bang for the buck is quite apparent. The only con I had was the Sic lid was not as tight as the Yeti............. I messaged Erik at Sic......... told him my problem, and he promptly sent me out another lid !!! His response was the fastest that I have had in all my dealings with Amazon sellers !!! Bottom line: SIC is a great cup and certainly is as good as YETI... Pricing is great (too say the least)........... oh, forgot to mention, the SIC lid handles both a straw and sipper........ you have to purchase a straw lid from YETI separately for $15..........................I plan on buying more of these SICs for gift..........the BEST BANG for the $$$$$

I bought this because I'm a huge iced water drinker and in the summer time, our ice maker doesn't keep up with my consumption. To say I was amazed at how long the ice lasted would be an understatement! (The water I used was chilled, filtered water from my fridge.) I was happy to note that there was a good amount of ice still in my water over 24 hours later even though I refilled the water several times.When it arrived, the package it came in showed wear and was a little crunched but it doesn't take away from how I feel about the actual cup. I'm pretty sure that when I give these as gifts, my friends won't complain about the package but it would be nice if the boxes were less beat up looking. Perhaps it's the fault of Amazon's shipping methods, it's hard to say.While I love it and have NOTHING bad to say about it, I do wish there was a "closed lid, spillage proof" option I could purchase so that I could carry it with me when I am out and about. As soon as they make a refillable water bottle replacement that performs as well as this "cup," I'll probably buy one. As it is, my husband wants one now too.FWIW, I am not comparing how this cup works against similar products. I am also not downgrading my review based on the condition of the packaging. My opinion is based on how the SIC cup works on its own.

They work as advertised. Cold drinks stay really cold for a very long time. I got one for myself, as well as 9 more for gifts. Mine works great, and the people I gave them too seem to really enjoy them.I don't own a Yeti Rambler, so I can't compare. Given the results of the SIC cup being able to keep drinks ice cold all day at a great price, I don't see much reason to spend twice as much on the Yeti.I'm not sure if the plain stainless exterior version isn't available right now (I couldn't find it on Amazon), but I probably would've preferred that for myself and the other guys, but the blue and pink are nice enough colors.UPDATE: I did also try out one of the $10 tumblers from world's largest retail store. For anyone wondering, the $10 is a decent cup, but there is a difference in quality. Drinks do stay cold longer in the SIC cup than they do in the $10 job. Outside in a hot car, the $10 cup will get you a few hours running errands (though I'm sure that's good enough for many people). The SIC cup will go all day long. I even notice some ice meltage indoors rather quickly with the $10 cup whereas the ice will seemingly never melt in the SIC cup if left indoors. More importantly, the lid holds up better. The gasket on the $10 cup lid started to wear out within a month, meaning the lid doesn't sit flat. Still usable, but mildly annoying. The lid gasket on the SIC cup is like new after 8 months of use.Up to you if the price difference is worth it, but the SIC cup is a higher quality product in my experience.

Absolutely amazing. I've gone through tons of reusable cups (a dozen, easily) and mugs but this one is the winner by a long shot. This afternoon I filled it with just one while I went to do errands, expecting it to melt into water during the day. Nope! Even when I left it in my car for almost an hour (it's about 90° here) I came back to find a couple drops of water but almost all of my ice left. And not once since I filled it up this morning has there been condensation on the outside of the cup (I'm not exaggerating, either, it was never wet on the outside. Never). This thing is marvelous and more than worth the price. I think it may come to replace every cup I use.
