This book is super awesome to have on hand for family basics in medicine. Super reliable information since it’s the most clinical, and I recommend everyone have a book like this on hand. I gave it as a baby shower gift (yes the person requested it but it’s still a good idea).

I like everything except that now we are in the late 80s and our vision is not that good anymore. A larger print could help us.

6/17/24 So thrilled my Mayo Clinic Family Health book came to day. i breezed through and it has all sorts of information regarding medical history and what to do. The book is sturdy and is in "easy reading" form, and like their website, Mayo Clinic breaks it down without scary terminology or confusing data. It helps to ready about your symptoms so that you don't go tearing up the highway to go to the hospital every time you get a sniffle or a pain. Very informative. Great prices too, i saw it for almost twice this amount on another bookstore website. So read with confidence and a discerning attitude. Learn about communicable diseases, breaks and falls, diagnosess and treatments, its all there.
