This works better than chemicals. I am dealing with major anxiety triggered by Psuedobulbar Effect created by a strike last year. This herbal combo has been very helpful to calm the anxiety when PBE is triggered. IF this gives you a headache or other unpleasant side effects, cut back the dose! Everyone is different, there is no one size fits. I only take 10 drops as needed and only once a day which is sufficient for me. Less is definitely more for me! Don't give up, just find your optimal sweet spot. I keep these on hand now! TY for such a wonderful effective combination product!!

Effects are similar to RX anti-anxiety meds, but the headache/hangover feeling the next day are not worth it for me. I tried it several times to make sure the headaches were in fact due to the product, and the results were consistent. Seems to work for some, I personally won't buy again.

It did not work for me.I think it is pricy considering the purpose of this product is to make people sleep.Melatonin is cheaper and gave me better results.

I take a few drops of this every night before bed, and I love how gently my mind quiets itself as I move towards sleep. For a lifelong insomniac, this is a real gift.
