I purchased the Ripple Stream Mugwort for the advertised quality and calming effect. I have a loose leaf tea mug with built in filter, but you can easily just strain it other ways. While there are still a few stems mixed in with the leaves, there aren't many. It has a better ration that most products offered. The leaves themselves have been dried but are still soft and supple. This is a quality product and it makes a great infusion. If you drink it before bedtime, expect to have some vivid dreams. ~ Kort

I purchased another brand that didn't have any strong or bitter taste and didn't have any affects to me at all. This brand was really bitter and strong AND IT HAD THE MOST PROFOUND AFFECTS!! Wow!! I lucid dreamed like none other and I woke up several times and I could literally feel and sense my Pineal gland in the middle of my head. It was really weird. But personally I think this tea(the way I did it) is supposed to be bitter and strong.

I have never used this particular herb before nor have I ever done business with this supplier and I am thoroughly impressed with both. My mugwort arrived promptly two days after ordering it. The freshness of this product is undeniable. I'm actually hardpressed to find ANY large stems within the 4 ounces; its all leaves and fluffy...buds(?). I purchased it with the intention of smoking and drinking it in tea form before bed. I just had my first smoke and it's wonderfully mellow, chill, and not harsh on the intake at all. I absolutely recommend this and will be ordering more.

It smells so good but the worst tasting mugwort I’ve ever had! It’s a very heavy taste I recommend you taste it alone and than add milk, creamer, sugar or whatever you like to add to the flavor.

UPDATE: Ages later, this sealed bag of mugwort is still super fresh, soft and fluffy. It truly is some amazing stuff. This is the freshest, most potent mugwort I've ever bought. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It has been in a (sealed) bag for months now and is STILL fluffy and wonderful. It is also much less bitter than other varieties when used in teas and the like. The price is just icing on the cake. Thanks a million!

I bought mugwort because I had read about its influence on vivid dreams / lucid dreaming. And it seems to really work. There's a distinct improvement in vivid dreams, for sure. And I have had a few dreams where there was some partial control. Is it self suggestion - who knows? But there's no mistaking the before-and-after for me - I've bought this three times and counting...
