George Foreman's Knock-Out-the-Fat Barbecue and Grilling Cookbook

I love George Foreman's grill too, however I think that most people assumed that the book went with his popular grill. I think you will find that the book is awesome if you don't place any "grill expectations" on it. He is fun, and don't let anyone tell you this is not a good book.

Well explained, and generates a great interest in bar-b-cuing. However, the meat seasining techniques are some what lacking. Otherwise quite good

I have not tried all the receipe's in the book but for those I haave tried I was satisfied . Instructions are clear and well organized.

It had alot of recipes that I would not use with indegrents that most people do not have on hand. If you are wanting a simple grilling cookbook to use this not the cookbook for you.

I bought the George Foreman 14181 Silver 4-Portion Family Grill and Melt and his other family cook book for my hard-working daughter. It was the very best thing I could get her now her hours have increased to full-time. So good was this for a young Mum working full-time that I have bought this book and shall be buying myself the same GF model. I am disabled and am daily exhausted and in a lot of pain, as I have osteoarthritis. Seeing for myself how quick and easy this is I am excited to get my own model so I can cook myself good healthy food with minimum time and effort.
