Hachi: A Dog's Tale

I am an animal lover, dog's especially, but this movie is awesome. Based on a true life awesome Akita. I had the privilege once to have an Akita in my life and I loved her so much. Such a loyal and loving dog. One thing about Akita's, you don't pick them, they pick you. This movie shows just how loyal they can be to their true human they choose to be with. I will warn you that you must have some tissues or a long sleeve handy as this movie is GUARANTEED to make you cry. I am a big burly veteran and I cried like a baby the first time I saw this and it still brings the tears no matter how often I watch this movie. No shame in showing emotions. Good for the soul. Everyone should see this movie at least once in their lives. Highly recommended.

Teaches Children about faithfulness

I saw that middle part of it on my tv and I wanted to see how the story started. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for relative. Beautiful and sweet but emotional as well! I loved 'Hachi: A Dogs Tale'
