My review after 3 months of taking daily
I've been eating a bowl of oatmeal with this in it nearly everyday since coming home from the hospital with my baby(will include recipe). My baby just turned 3 months old. I have a decent milk supply, but some days I make just enough. I have wondered why some days my supply is just enough and others I have an oversupply. I finally payed close attention to what I do the day before I have less milk... I didn't eat my lactation oatmeal. I put ground flaxseed in my oatmeal so I don't know if it is that or this brewer's yeast. I'm guessing it's a mixture of both. I think this works and no other breastfeeding supplement has ever worked for me. Every other supplement makes my milk supply disappear. Here is my really simple lactation oatmeal recipe. I eat one or two bowls of it a day.1/2 cup oats (I use old fashioned oats)3/4 teaspoon Brewer's yeast2 teaspoons ground flaxseedPinch of salt1/8 cup brown sugarA bit of cinnamonA bit of butterOne cup of waterFor quick oats, microwave one and a half minutes. For old-fashioned oats, microwave 3 minutes. Stir halfway through.I would not use more Brewers yeast because it does not have a great taste. My recipe masks The taste quite well. The bag lasts a long time. I've gone through about half of the bag in 3 months. Worth a try!

Yeast-tastic!
The media could not be loaded. New Mom of twins here and with that came a short supply of milk. I have been trying various things to try and get milk flowing so I tried this powder and it’s like the flood gates finally broke and I have two happy babies.I made scrumptious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with the powder first. It’s very simple to do, you just choose your favorite cookie mix and then blend the powder in with the other dry ingredients. It did not alter the taste of my cookies at all which was great. I noticed a change in my milk supply within 36 hours. If you would like to try my cookies, here’s how I made them:6 tablespoons of Brewers Yeast Powder2 cups flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp flaxseed meal4 tbsp water1 cup unsalted butter¾ cup brown sugar¾ cup white sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract3 cup old fashioned oatmeal1 ½ cup chocolate chips1. Mix your flaxseed and water and set to the side for 3 minutes.2. Blend brewers yeast, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt using a sifter.3. In a separate large bowl mix together butter and sugars, then add your eggs in one at a time.4. Stir in your flaxseed mix with vanilla extract and blend well.5. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture.6. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips and if you wish a ½ cup of nuts into your mixture.7. Place into fridge for an hour.8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes9. Enjoy your yummy cookies! You can freeze your left overs and bake anytime you’re ready! I froze mine for a week and they tasted just like I baked them the first time! The second time I tried the powder was the following morning in my morning shake. I used oat milk, various berries, 2 tablespoons of the brewers yeast powder and ice. I’ve noticed the more acidity I use, the greater the sourness grows. I recommend sticking to more dairy like ingredients to balance the flavors out. Even with the fruit, it wasn’t an unbearable taste by any means.I recommend this to any new Moms who need a milk supply boost because it did work for me personally. Also keep in mind staying hydrated helps milk flow significantly. This powder works its magic best when you’re hydrated!

Great supplement for digestive health , B vitamins & protein
This works great as an addition in baked goods to help increase milk supply for nursing moms. The texture is like powder and the smell is earthy. The price was good because a little bit goes a long way in whatever muffins or quick bread you're making and it adds nutritional value as well.

Don’t know if it works and tastes terrible. Good for my stomach though.
I really couldn’t tell you if it actually boosted my supply but it was a nice added supplement to put my mind at ease. I think it helped with my gut health but it tastes absolutely terrible.
