Literally took less than 10 minutes to install. Perfect plug and play fit. No modifications or special tools needed.It has been in my Pathfinder for about a year and works fine.There were no instructions, but you don't really need them.Just remove your glove compartment for access to the blower. remove the screws for the blower. disconnect the power and then install the new one.

If your blower has a dead spot on it then you need to replace it. OEM parts cost too much. This is a good third party part that works as advertised. Easy to install. So quit sweating to death or freezing to death and replace you blower if need be.

Certainly not the quietest blower replacement - certainly not OEM. That said - it works perfectly fine, and pushes a serious amount of air. My only complaint is the high pitched whine on high, but again for the price and power, hard to beat.
