I would give this product a 4 or 5 star but I can’t. I bought 2 units and 1 unit is working well in the dining room but the other in the living room is subpar. Installation was easy due to my home having prepared and ready jbox in the ceilings when I bought my home. The fan that’s not up to standard flickers on and off when I have my fan on and the LED light on. They work okay independently but when both of them are on it has trouble. I thought maybe my circuit didn’t have enough voltage but with jboxes installed made for ceiling fans and lights I had doubts. I checked the voltage with a meter and it all checks out okay. It’s not a loose wire either, I checked. I have to assume that it’s a defective fan. I can’t return it since I did not install it before the return window. It would be great if it worked properly. It connects to WiFi without any problems. It just unfortunate that I have to either use the fan or the light and not both at the same time. Update**** The seller sent me a new remote and receiver for the fan unit. I installed it and now the fan works fine. The seller really tried to make things right. I’m happy with how things worked out!

This fan is absolutely beautiful, and it looks great in the room. I had a friend install it, and they had no issues. It is completely silent. I kept the remote on the wall next to the light switch. I love the "breeze" setting. I wish the light was brighter because I only use it for cleaning, but otherwise, I am 100% satisfied. i think it is a great product at a great price. I was afraid 52" might be too big, but it is perfect for the room (IMO).

For the $ it is a nice fan. Looks sharp and operation has been flawless. I do wish it could be wired for separate fan light switches vs having to use the remote each time for 2 reasons. 1 is I don't like having the clutter of a remote in living room and am not mounting it to the wall. This is a cosmetic and personal choice. 2 is that I don't trust the longevity of the solid state boards used in a lot of fans. As an electrician, I seen a lot of folks call that thier fan stopped working and it because the module in the fan has failed. I don't hold that against this product as it works fine, again, it's a preference. To get the functionality it is a necessary component so again I don't hold that against this product and most fans are using them these days. Operationally everything works great and it moves a lot of air even on lower speeds. It is well balanced out of the box and Installation was standard for a celing fan. 20 minutes to assemble and install. One item to note, if you are having trouble getting the module to fit where it shows in the instructions, make sure the ball at the top of the down rod has fully seated....rotate it gently until it drops into the notch. I almost said bad words as I could not get the rather large module to slide in as shown until I got it to drop into the notch. The canopy would not have lined up properly with the mounting holes if it wasn't seated properly so I would have probably definitely said bad words when I got to that point ( don't judge me). I don't leave a lot of reviews but I do like this fan in operation and look so wanted to pass along my thoughts

This is an excellent fan, installation was fairly easy and does produce a nice breeze. Directions, of course, are a little vague. Fan needs to be mounted to ceiling before blades and light are attached. Directions aren't very clear on that. The screws to the blades, came in a bag that also had washers in it. The screws have tampered heads to seat into the wood fan blades so the washers make no sense and I did not use them. Works well with Alexa app and am very happy with this fan.

I’m very happy with this fan. Compared to box stores it was a steal. I love the remote as it’s an inexpensive way to add to a room without re-wiring. The fan has a traditional look to it, doesn’t look cheap or plastic. Downloading the app was also really easy as this was for a teens room. The different light options also gives him flexibility- having it be warm in the mornings as opposed to the bright white while doing homework. Finally it was very easy to install. Took about 30 mins for our handyman. I could have done it but it was going on a 10ft ceiling.

Received 2 of these fans installed and went to put the cover over the led light and neither fan had them in the package. Not happy one I could see it was just missed ask for replacement but both seems like this is an issue not a mistake

This is a really nice fan light fixture. It’s quiet and throws plenty of light. Had my electrician install it as I’m not handy. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.
