Tasty and easy to prepare

I recently purchased the Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Stir Fry Rice Noodles and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The 14 oz size is perfect for feeding my family and the noodles are gluten-free, which is a big plus for me. The noodles are incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of recipes. Sometimes I get heartburn really bad so I particularly enjoyed using them in a stir-fry dish with chicken and vegetables. The noodles held up well during cooking and had a nice texture and flavor. I appreciated that they were easy to prepare and required minimal effort to get a delicious meal on the table, because some days I don’t want to cook and then when I do the food will taste like TRASH. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Stir Fry Rice Noodles and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative to traditional noodles.

I use these for homemade ramen or noodles and chicken soup. They don't get soggy like some brands and stay firm. They are good tasting too.

Love Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Stir Free. Follow the direction and add to dish at the end. Have used for years, but it always available. If over cooked they loose their texture and or fall apart. Easy to prepare. Takes on the flavor of the dish. I drain the water and save it in case dish need more moisture. Good size package. If over cooked noodles will loose texture and or become sticky.

Great with chicken and chopped cabbage

I love these in the new Swanson ramen broth. We make soup in our instant pot. They add a nice texture.
