I was so so so surprised because I was so convinced after spending an hour looking through all the different brands and sellers to the point that they all started it just kind a look the same so I took a break for a couple days came back spent like 1520 minutes gave myself a time limit which worked after reading the reviews and reading the description I figured these had to be great and what I mean as great as I am a regular clip in real human hair extensions every day every single day I wear them so I’ve gone through all different kinds of brands and this definitely by far was the worst brand/product that I bought I was so surprised when I received the package and opened it I got the 18 inches which to me didn’t even feel like 18 inches they definitely are thin and after the second time of wearing them as I was putting them and I had noticed that where the clips are tons of the hair had already burnt off and I use my straightener at a very very very low setting and I have a very expensive cheese straightener that should have never happened and I definitely don’t even use my straightener that close to the clips so that just shows the quality of the hair that made me really angry because 18 inches are over $100 I’ve gotten on Amazon extensions that were 70/$80 and they were amazing and that was a few years ago and I still can’t remember which brand it was so I’m just testing out different brands so I finding the right one which luckily so far over the last couple years I’ve been satisfied the best clip in real human Remy hair extensions are at Sally’s there a Remy hair clippings are so amazing and they will last well over a year even with low maintenance but for some odd reason I don’t know if it’s just where I live or what but online and at all the stores in my area they do not carry the platinum blonde 18 inch or 20 inch those are pretty pricey too but they’re worth every penny they’re so amazing I asked for this product again I’m really disappointed and actually quite angry nowhere in the description does it say anything about these were handmade apparently so they come in a little box and the hairs wrapped up in a net like they usually come and then there’s a card and you open the card and it’s like a self-made card that somebody printed at home out of the printer basically describing that if you need replacement clips that you can contact them and purchase them because obviously they’re bound to come loose and fall out which already is in my case was happening not to mention the quality of the hair I never even smell hair burning and I barely used my $200 Chi hair straightener on the lowest setting just to kind of make it from wavy to straight this is before I ever washed them or anything and right off the bat I already thought that the hair was super thin which I know they mention that it for thicker hair to get two sets which number one that would be over $200 which I’m telling you right now do not get two sets and do not pay that kind of money for this quality of hair it’s not worth it and number two if you’re like me and you have really thin hair how are you supposed to put in two sets my head can barely use all of the clips I managed to get them all in without them showing or bulging out but now that it’s been a few weeks and I wash them a few times and what not and half the hairs burned off pretty much like I said by the clips right under the clips you can tell it looks like somebody took some scissors and just cut them away and then the remaining hairs there so if you’re looking for thickness these definitely aren’t for you if you’re looking for quality these definitely aren’t for you and ask for the price definitely not for anybody it’s a total rip off and the fact that they’re handmade and nowhere in the description does it mention that it’s pretty unbelievable because if I wanted handmade extensions I could easily just go down by some hair and sew in the clips myself which I think it this far into the game as I’ve been using clippings for years I’ve never gone that route the last time at the beauty store I was at a beauty store that they did not have any clippings they only sold here and the owner was so funny and told me how easy it is to just put in your own clubs and I looked it up and it is really easy and I think that is the best way to go because clips don’t cost that much so it would only cost a couple dollars to get everything you need to put your own clips in it would not take much time at all and you can get some really amazing quality hair as getting just hair without clips is much much cheaper so I think that’s what I’m gonna do this next time which will be here pretty soon which is outrageous that I just spent over $100 they should last at least a minimum six months all of my extensions I can get them the last at least a year of these I’ll be lucky to get any more use out of them for another month or two if I’m lucky two months but I don’t see that happening so I’m gonna try to put the clips in myself and get some really really high-end hair as I said it’s much cheaper and the hare quality is better than any company you go through that the clips are already in I think they just charge you for the convenience of the clips already being sewn in which is something if you Google it or YouTube it it’s really easy to do so we’ll see how that goes but if you’re reading the reviews which surprisingly that’s what I did and that’s what I faced going and completing this purchase off of was the reviews and there was so many good reviews which is really shocked about I’m not that picky but these are just horrible not to mention that were in the clips are sewn on there’s pieces now that flip up and I tried to take my straightener not on the hair but on the lace part to straighten it out and they won’t so those pieces I can’t even use I’m gonna have to like cut those pieces off because I can’t put them on and have a piece always flipping out it’ll be totally noticeable so I’m just gonna end this review and I never ever leave reviews but this really made me angry and I’m just trying to save somebody over $100 for making the mistake of purchasing these awful awful awful horrible homemade overpriced low quality hair don’t get me wrong it is real human hair I suppose I’m sorry it is absolutely human hair you can tell if it’s mixed with the synthetic hair and it’s not it’s 100% human hair I don’t think it’s Remy hair and I just think it’s really cheap quality hair I mean come on after the second time I put them in and hadn’t even washed them or anything yet and half of the hair burnt off that’s outrageous and unheard of so if you’re going to bassist purchase off of your views Dont because a lot of the reviews surprisingly are really well but I’m telling you right now these are garbage do not buy them there’s so many other options on Amazon I guarantee any other company is better than this one do you not buy these save yourself the frustration and waste of money hopefully this helps people out and discourages them from buying these because again I THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND EVEN IF THEY WERE $50 YOU CAN GET MUUUCH BRTTRR HAIR EVEN FOR $60 ish ON AMAZON!!! Do not buy!!!

First I want to start by saying I am writing this review after wearing these for for 3 weeks. Still are as soft and shiny as they were when I got them out of the package. Of course they all need care and I moisturize them daily washing every 3rd day or so and they have held up well. Where we live it rains lots and super windy. Still love these! I am always excited when I receive my box of sunny hair knowing it will always be of great quality and exactly as advertised. If there are any issues I can contact customer service and they will make right immediately no questions asked. I contacted customer service for the only one issue I had and it was simply I needed more replacement tape. I added too much hair to a few sandwiches and they came out and weren't sticky enough the 2nd time to re-apply. I contacted Dana and she sent me 20 replacement tabs right away free of charge. I love this friendly service and the quality of hair. It is exactly as advertised no different. I will continue to buy this hair❤ ( I will be adding pictures soon of before and after I am having trouble downloading them at the moment)

Update: Was notified that I most likely received a bad batch of clip ins and sent a replacement product which is just gorgeous and very different from the quality of the original set. Out of the box, the new hair is beautiful, even better than my real hair before I lost it, and the closest thing to my dream hair that I've ever had. I am thankful they delivered as promised and have such supportive customer service, because this hair loss journey and finding a way to leave the house without the confidence that my original hair used to bring has been exhausting. Appreciate the support that Sunny has had to find a solution to make that a little easier. Thanks.___________________________Originally was dissatisfied with the clipins, but customer service for Sunny is very helpful. Even though I was past my return window, they reached out to me about being unhappy with the clip ins and worked very hard to find a better solution for me. This is a great pony extension especially for the price! The quality as far as color and softness are right on point. Very easy to use and I can wear all day with no problem. I had ordered two originally and one was missing the tie and looked like maybe it had been returned before. The ends looked cut off. I read to contact them first before returning to Amazon, so I emailed them directly and they offered to send me a new one as long as I sent back the damaged one to them. Customer service has been excellent and I’m getting ready to purchase another. I’ve spent $200 on a high end piece before and honestly I like these more. Don’t hesitate and buy these now!!!

The quality of the hair is wonderful. I bought the 22 in. They're perfectly thick, and nobody realizes they are extentions. The quality of the clips is lacking though. They don't hold in your natural hair very well, requiring more adjustment throughout the day.

They're great for the price. However I ordered platinum blonde and they were more on the yellow side so I gave him a quick bath with some purple shampoo and they were a perfect match! I've curled them multiple times as well.

My hair is growing out from being bald so it is at all different lengths and very short. I was in a wedding and needed to do something with my hair. These were AMAZING. if you have short hair and curl it with the extensions… you literally cannot even tell. The hair takes heat really really well.

I wish these would have worked as they are quite thick but the band didn’t fit my big head so I’ve returned them. I had a client come in with hers to Color to match her hair and I was shocked at the quality. They are really great for the price. I have Sunny’s clip ins and I’ll just have to stick with those. Wish you guys had different bands to accommodate all head sizes :))

I really like this ponytail. Hair is nice. Not too thick or thin. Great combination of colours to match many brownish hair colours. However, it says "clip in" and there are no clips. It is a Velcro wrap. I didn't detach it from the package in fear that I couldn't return it so I cannot say whether or not it attaches firmly or not. If I knew for sure that it did, I would have kept it as it is very nice.

Amazing product of hair at first look, very full silky weighted hair with just the right amount of shine. Feels real, tangle free. Clips hold well and this was easy to work with. Blonde colouring was amazing as well. As a platinum blonde I always find it hard to find that perfect blonde that will blend. This colour exceeded some $500 extensions I’ve bought in the past and had to tone at home Over and over to get that right tone. Very satisfied with this and will buy again!

Hair is very good quality. But I would not recommend it for people with fine or thin hair.
