I am a medium-framed female with a long torso and I am go to the gym almost daily. I do everything from HIIT training, intense cardio, and heavy lifting and this tank top absorbs and wicks sweat much better than many other brands I've tried. The main reason I buy it though, is because of the comfort. Whether it's bending over, hanging upside-down, or running, it always stays in place and does not ride up my pants/shorts and it does not stick to my body when I sweat. There are 2 types of tanks made by Under Armor as far as I've found - the UA emblem is silver and wrapped around the bottom left corner of the seam of the tank top, or it is embroidered on the face of the same corner. There is a small amount of difference in the two, including color availability, but they both fit just as great. I normally wear a medium or largel in gym clothes depending on how I want them to fit. I always get a medium in this tank top.
