Citizen CA4154-07E is my third Citizen watch and equally amazing as the first two. It looks and feels sturdy and durable. Though the dial size is large, it doesn't look outsized and is not heavy to carry around. The Orange colour around the rim of the case is slightly shiny while that inside the quarter of the dial between 12 and 3 is not shiny. This adds some fizz to the overall looks. I am reproducing the following section of the review from my review on Citizen CA0287-05E posted on Amazon since the basic functioning is similar across various models of Citizen.The hour and minute hands have glow paint and it glows pretty bright in low light or in the dark. The main second hand on the black dial, like in most other Citizen models, is dedicated to the chronograph function which acts like a stopwatch. Therefore, the second hand is located in one of the subdials near the number 6. When the watch is not adequately charged, this second hand moves in steps of 2 seconds. This is a sign to put the watch under a tube light or in the ambient sunlight. When adequately charged, the second hand functions in steps of 1 second.The strap is comfortable and has a wide range of holes, which is a good idea for my thin wrist. One trouble is that it is not possible to lay the watch flat on its back metal surface since the strap is curved and cannot be straightened. This may pose a problem while trying to keep the watch right under the tube light.The watch has a Japan movement but i cannot make out the country of manufacture, neither from the box nor from the documents. To sum it up, it's a very trendy, sporty watch which is suitable for casual and semi formal situations.

Very poor quality of watch. Belt worn out in 1.5 yrs.

Great watch. Received a used peice though.
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic watch. Box was not sealed though and it came with a few scratches. Looks like it was a display peice.

I received a watch which was certainly used or been out from the pack for whatever reason. For a discount I don't need to take a second hand piece. Even after the discount the money is not less. I tried two times and this was the result both the time.

Solid eco-drive
The watch is very stylish looking. It can be used with formal and casual both. First time charging can be a little tricky but after that just enjoy. But please remember the band material is not leather as mentioned in the product detail. That is a mistake I guess. But this watch would not look good with leather band as it looks so cool with silicon band..!!!
