Can this be kept in water?

It will generate roots in water but I believe needs to be potted. I didn't try to just leave it in water though.

How many plants or stalks per pot?

Each pot contains two or more stems.

Will this plant thrive as a hanging plant?

I made mine a hanging plant. I have had it since June. hasn't flowered but I don't give it a lot of natural light.

Would this be too big to put in a 2 gallon terrarium with 3 other plants?
