Okay these are very pretty. They are smaller than I expected but that’s on me, because I was just assuming, instead of actually reading the measurements. I bought two of these for Halloween. My daughter wanted red for her vampire costume and I got “teal” for my witch costume. I put teal in quotations, because it was most definitely not “teal” it was very crayola crayon green, still beautiful, but definitely not “teal”. It still works for my costume just fine so I’m keeping it. Plus you can buy replacement LEDS on this site or elsewhere on Amazon. (I was hoping for what the picture shows as the actual color, because it looked like the typical Willow-the-wisp icy blueish color.) Another important thing to keep in mind is, there is no on/off button for these. There is only the little piece of plastic that you pull out to allow the batteries to make contact, if you lose that your little necklace stays on until the batteries run out or you find another thin piece of plastic that can slide in there to replace it with! All in all these are extremely bright and are very pretty even unlit, the add a unique accent to our costumes. I’m glad we bought these and so is my daughter.*On a side note: Without the LED light, I can see a little kid putting this under their pillow, with their tooth in for the tooth fairy.

This necklace was beautiful and very well made. The craftsmanship is above average and it just looks really neat! I love the little light inside and ordered extras so that I can change colors when I want. Necklace well worth the price!

I love this little thing. I'm definitely going to attach a longer chain to it because I want it hanging lower than standard but I love this. Make sure you do not lose the pull tab though. Apparently you'll need that to turn it off and on.

Cute necklace but the one I received did not light up. It DID come with extra batteries but those don't work either so I'll order new ones. Ordered LOTS of other items from Umbrella Factory throughout the years and this is the only time something didn't work. Keeping the necklace. If nothing else, it's really good for essential oil locket pads.

I had a very hard time getting the clasp opened. I was afraid it would break while trying. Once I got the batteries in, you could not even see the light, even in complete darkness.Disappointed. I was hoping it would actually glow.

I’m not particularly into steampunk, but this looked cute and I’m glad I didn’t pass it up. I bought it with a package of various colored refill bulbs. If they last awhile, I may use them for various holidays. (They are flashing lights inside this necklace holder) Anyway, it was fun to see my husband’s reaction when he noticed.

I bought this for my teenage daughter who loves Steampunk. I read the other reviews, but find it overwhelming when there are so many and they range so much. I will say that I was very disappointed with the necklace. It is definitely small and the chain shorter than I had pictured. There's NO SWITCH which is NOT given in the company's description! There's just a paper between the batteries that you have to slide in and out. So she wore it to school, and had no easy way of shutting it off. As many others commented, the batteries in the necklace did NOT work and the light was FLASHING which is not the look we were going for!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
