Excellent value for money
I bought this phone to replace a very cheap and quite useless phone that I had bought to replace my elderly Samsung which was only 2g.I am not a great fan of smart phones but decided that I might as well try one that could do all the usual functions that I have on my tablet. After much research this one seemed to fit the bill, having a decent amount of RAM and ROM 4 and 32 gb) and being a very good price. In fact it looks unbeatable for functionality and storage. It's well made, fast and the functions I have used so far are good.It is intuitive to use, which is just as well as it comes with only the most rudimentary instructions, which don't include how to insert the SIM, I had to ask the Amazon community about that. There does not appear to be a comprehensive online manual, and this is a pity. If it were not for the fact that it is such a good phone I would have downgraded it by one star for that reason. It really does need a decent online manual so that the many functions it ihas can be fully exloited by people like me who use a mobile but don't live with it in theior hand or pocket all the time. Manufacturer please take note!It also comes with a 2 pin plug but they offer an adapter if asked for it. I have been told one is on the way but it has not arrived yet. The manufacturers need to get this sorted so that it ships with the right plug on the charger for the UK market. Its keyboard is easy to use and the touchscreen is accurate. (unlike my nasty cheap one).| On standby it has a longish battery life. It boots quickly. ( I use a 6 figure pin rather than the thumbprint unlock)The back facing camera is good, though I have yet to work out how to switch off the multi exposure function! I used it in low light in the British Museum and the pictures were good, with excellent technical details available when reviewing them.Of course only time will tell if it has the durability of its expensive branded rivals, but based on my limited knowledge and experience so far, it is excellent value for money and a serious competitor for the medium spec market. Don't spend £3-400 when you can have this spec for under £120.

It's ok for the money it cost
Very good selfie camera but the back one is not good if the situation with the light is not perfect. The battery runs out fast. The quality of the phone is good and it's fast. Apps running smoothly.

good spec and performance for the price, recommended..
I used this as a temporary phone when I smashed my Samsung S7. Battery lfe proved to be better than the S7, and knowing I only paid 100 for this phone have grown to really like it. Performance is best of any of the Chinese phones I have had and it has made a great every day phone. Really only feature missing is NFC and wireless charging but can live without. Will be donating to one of kids soon. As with other Chinese phones camera is just OK of avoid low light use.

A good phone with annoying software flaws.
I purchased this phone November 12th 2018. Initially I was very pleased. Great specs with a good screen. The photos are good quality as is the video. The handset is quick and never slowed down no matter how many things were running. I completed the software update as soon as it was received and all was good. After a month of running the phone the touch screen became really flaky. You would touch the screen to scroll and it would jump around all over the place. This made it incredibly frustrating to use especially trying surf the net and the killer was trying to type a message became impossible. A restart of the phone would put it back to normal but it never lasted long.I put up with this until the phone then developed sound problems. The speaker stopped working although there was nothing physically wrong with it and when I plugged in my headphones (all three sets) only one speaker was working. It was incredibly frustrating. A day before the phone was sent back the sound returned to normal. The phone is a good phone and the specs are great but the software has too many glitches that make it annoying to the point of returning it.

Great look and feel but...
I have had 4 Leagoo phones, but this will be the last. The handset has a great look and feel, and the feature list is very impressive. The image on the screen is excellent, and the cameras take a good picture. However, there are problems with getting sound from apps. Phone calls were OK, but other app with sound output are very intermittent. Leagoo sent an email saying that they knew of the problem, but that it was fixed with a system update - it doesn't seem to have been. As I have a failing memory and I rely on the phone for alarms, I cannot trust this device. It also crashes regularly, rebooting itself two or three times a day. The last time this happened - the final straw - it deleted my contact list and corrupted the SD card to the point where I couldn't use it in other devices until I reformatted it in my desktop PC.Having repacked the phone for return, I reverted to my previous phone, a Leagoo Elite 5. This now also regularly crashes software - if I want to listen to a sound file, or play a game, I generally have to restart the relevant several times before it is stable.A shame - the phones have great potential I think, but I'm not wasting any more money on Leagoo handsets.
