Quiet and Easy to Install
This was a purchase for my husband's handyman business. A customer wanted a new vent fan that was quieter than their current one. He installed it smoothly and the customer is very happy with the quietness and quality.

Great fan, but odd how slowly it ramps up speed
Very low noise and good airflow CFM when running. You can easily change the fan speed to balance CFM vs noise level. But even at highest speed the fan runs very quietly. One odd quirk is that when you first turn it on, it will make not noise at all. It starts very slowly spinning and slowly ramps up speed over a 5-10 second period finally hitting the speed you selected. That is fine, but I mention it because at first I thought it was not working. And other people have said they turn it on and off several times because they do not think it is really on. Not a deal killer, but just a bit odd.

Sure is quiet
I had to replace an older version of this exhaust fan. It was an easy replacement and this fan is stronger and quieter than previous versions. I looked at replacing just a part or two, but it was much simpler to just replace the unit. Made my job much easier!

Very high quality solid fan.
This fan is ultra quiet it has three fan speeds 50, 80, 100 CFM. It is narrow enough to fit inside the space of a wall, 2 by 4 dimensions. I installed in an attic and was able to completely cover in insulation as opposed to much bulkier fans where the insulation does not lay flat in the attic and is bulging over the fan.One thing to know about these fans, is that when you turn them on there is an eight second delay. I initially thought the fan was not working however after speaking with Panasonic customer service discovered that their fans have an 8 seconds delay when you turn them on. I thought this was strange at first but it is a non-issue.

Excellent slim profile fan with easy to configure speeds and wiring options
Installed two of these in bathrooms with 2x6 framed ceilings. Easy to install. Appreciated the multiple wiring options / modes. We have an older house with plenty of air leakage so we bypassed the "always on" option and just made it a simple on/off switch. It is not a silent fan, makes just enough noise to cover up whatever is going on in your bathroom, which we appreciate. Seems like a high quality product.
