I've been using these for years; it's not just for sweaters either. In fact, I mainly use them on cotton shirts or sweatshirts. You can take an old item and make it virtually new again. I watch television while doing this because it does take some time. Also, because this item will slough off the pills of cotton, I use a sticky lint roller to pick up the cotton as I go along. Trust me, for that shirt you never want to age, it's worth the bit of time and inexpensive price.

Use it to remove pills from sweaters and my couch.

Everyone should have these to get all the balls off of your clothes.

These should not have such a high rating. I used one to clean up a a fleece sweater it didn’t even make it to the end of the sweater before it as so dulled that it was rendered useless. So I started with the second and the plastic casing immediately broke.I gave 2 stars because they are as described otherwise. But I’d say they were a waste of money.

This product seriously works on pilled clothing! Pilling came off easily. Definitely worth the money. Only need one though.
