It is easy to use, except for finding the directions on how to turn off the voice — hold the on-off button down for four second and you can choose a language or turn it off. As to accuracy, I have only had it s day and not checked it against a known cuff. The cuff is smaller than my last monitor, and equally sensitive to correctly placing it over the artery in your elbow. No idea how long it will last yet. Nice legible screen, and the voice could be useful for many of us. The message telling you your numbers and then how they fit in the World Health Organization’s categories can be maybe a little scary and thus elevate the BP even higher! Good product.

This works great and seems to be accurate; it's extremely easy to operate and read. It differs from the description in a couple ways: 1) It said batteries were included but they were NOT. Not a problem for me because I have plenty of batteries on hand, plus the ones usually included don't last long or are dead to begin with, for most electronics I've ordered. 2) It said there was a voice feature but there was NOT and I was glad because I didn't want one! I figured the instructions would tell me how to turn it off but then it never happened in the first place! And I couldn't find anything in the instructions about turning it on or off. Maybe they just sent me a different model? But I was glad because I very much did NOT want the voice feature anyway. So I'm very happy with it.

Best BP Monitor I've ever had. Accurate readings, easy to operate. Instructions were in large enough print to read.Everything that other monitors are lacking. Dual-power with batteries and 120 volt plug in power cord.Numbers are easy to read and the voice monitor speaks in English that is understandable. Great gift forold geezers like me. ;)

Supposed to come with batteries.,. And I was unable to open the case to put in my own batteries for fear of damaging the item. It is just too difficult to use so I need to return it.aid just said label is there then it was not. Wsdted25!minutes snd he hung up on me

Description indicates power adapter and voice response in English and Spanish but the item has neither and it can't be read at night because it has no back light. It does have a larger than normal cuff.

works great nice size of numbers for older persons and has voice reading. But...I'll be check the pressure twice just to make sure it's read accordingly

This is a great blood pressure monitoring product. I have used it now for almost a year, and it is still working very well. I would recommend this product
