This might be the most industrial-sized bottle of anything I’ve ever bought for a 90-pound dog. No, I don’t run a barn. No, I don’t own a horse. I’m just a grown adult who still hasn’t figured out how to read fluid ounces like a functional human.So now I have enough antiseptic to sanitize a battlefield. I panicked a little when it arrived and thought I was supposed to pour it straight on my dog like some kind of chemical cleanse. Surprise, it needs to be diluted. That would’ve been a nice detail to fully process before unscrewing the cap like I was prepping for surgery. Maybe next time print that part in font size “ARE YOU SURE?”That said, it’s an awesome product. Works incredibly well for cleaning paws, hot spots, and mystery itches. No weird residue. No overpowering smell. Just good old reliable antiseptic.I asked my dog for feedback. He stared at me with quiet rage, because every time I wipe his paws with this stuff, it means he doesn’t get to lick them for a solid 30 minutes. He doesn’t care about science. The media could not be loaded. I use this after cleaning my puppy enclosure. It is very effective! After picking up the poop, then rinsing everything off, I make a five-gallon bucket dilution of 4 gallons of water and 1/2 cup of chlorhexidine. Then I scoop it to cover the grass carpeting. This kills everything on the carpet and deodorizes as well. Then I just let it sit and dry before putting the pups back in. The gallon jug is just the right size for industrial use, so I have plenty to last a few months. Easy to use.

I like that it is the concentrate and is easy to measure for the proper dilution. It was fairly cheap for such a the gallon and smells clean. It works well on animals but it can also be diluted as a mouth wash for people (that is what the dentist uses but you must dilute it well).

Bought to clean my dog after a bad allergic reaction.Her red, open/scaby hives healed over quickly, and she was much less itchy/scratchy.Make sure you have a 1+ gallon bucket for dilution/use.The 1gal jug doesn't seem too huge until you realize just how diluted you make it for use. We did like 7 washes, and barely made a noticeable dent. Probably will never buy it again because I'll likely never run out lol

I use this on my dogs hotspots works well and takes away his itch highly recommend for hotspots
