great flavor
I never knew there was such a thing as coconut vinegar until I read a recipe calling for it. I wanted to try and follow the recipe as accurately as possible. The vinegar has a milder flavor than “regular” vinegar and the recipe turned out great. Highly recommended!

Please know this product is only coconut vinager and water - it's not with the "mother"
I couldn't tell when I ordered it, but in evaluating the contents once I received it, I found it was only coconut vinager mixed with water. It's NOT the kind with the gut-friendly "mother" included. It is not returnable, but I was able after much effort, to get a refund. I will be throwing it away. it's worthless.

Great for Adobo
So much more pungent than boilerplate white vinegar (this is a good thing (: ). Adds a flavor to adobo and other SE Asian dishes that just can't be matched. Worth the buy.

Love these Swan Coconut Vinegar
The Swan Coconut Vinegar was my first time trying for a thai recipe and it was very delicious, milder then apple cider vinegar but with a very pleasant taste the is enjoyable. I use it in other things like salad dressing and marinades. Good value and tasty glad I introduced myself to it!

Seems to work as a health supplement.
A put about an 1/8 of an inch of vinegar adding about 1/4 glass of water and drink it every morning. It decreases my appetite, provides extra energy and is high in potassium and other nutrients.
