The bag comes with a good variety of styrene sheets - exactly as advertised. The variety was perfect for my needs. I was able to find just the right pieces for all my little projects without having to buy a bunch of full-size sheets. It's a great way to stock up on odds and ends for scratchbuilding. Thicknesses were measured with an iGaging ABSOLUTE ORIGIN 0-6" Digital Electronic Caliper - IP54 Protection / Extreme Accuracy . Pardon the false precision; I am too lazy to round off to significant digits. One could use sprue, or unused parts, but this is nice if you want to start with a blank sheet. Edit: these don't appear to be scraps, despite the description: odds and ends. Rather, the sheets are brand new with straight, clean edges. The tubes are short and have more irregular edges.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it cuttable with scissors to make a mobile?**
A: Usually it's scored with an X-Acto knife or similar, but I've used side cutters and sprue cutters (almost the same thing) to clip small pieces. Sheet metal nibblers are also great for making notches in styrene.

**Q: what is the thickness on the sheets?**
A: It comes in various thicknesses from very thin to rather thick on some sheet's maybe s couple different type's also (styrene , abs) . When I used to buy it there was chances to get clear sheets also .

**Q: Would white sheets be translucent in that light (but not details) would filter through them?  I'm looking for something that would diffuse the light.**
A: This is an assorted set of pieces, so there is no guarantee you will get anything, but, from my experience, it does come with some sheets. The thicker ones are not very translucent and will block most of the light.
