Much thicker than the original pre-filter pad that came with the unit. I have been using these replacement filters for some time and have been very pleased with their performance. There are two pads in each package and each is complete with two velcro strips. These strips are reusable. I have had no trouble with carbon falling out of the pads - everything seems very tight and well made.

So far the filter is great. It is 6" wide so if you have a Honeywell 18150 you can use these but you will have to cut them into 2" strips. it's a bit of a pain, but on the up side you get 6 carbon filters! :)

We use it in our Honeywell air cleaner as a pre filter for the hepa filter. It is made in USA which is the reason we purchased it. It looks and feels of top quality and time using it will determine it's effectiveness. So far... great.

Fits the same as original Honeywell brand. Excellent price but not as dense material as OEM.

Perfect size ready to go. And you get 2! Can’t beat that.

My wife and I agree that these filters are not only cheaper than the Honeywell brand but better! She especially likes the wire mess which keeps the filter from crumbling when you wash/rinse it.

I think i ordered wrong size, but filter seems to be made as well as original. Good price.
