That's not a jumper........those pins are to connect directly to CAN-H or CAN-L instead of using the screw terminals. Shorting them out will obviously short the two lines (which is not what you would want to do).

It's good but
The termination resistor should be easy to disconnect, and it isn't (had to desolder it) - what looks like a jumper position is actually the secondary can bus output pins, do not fit a jumper here! Using on a car to hack the can messages, you do not want the 120 ohm resistor connected. Should be a jumper to enable and disable, hence 4 stars. BUT it works perfectly. Expensive on here compared to other online sources.
