I had an issue with the battery I ordered, not being compatible with my laptop. The Seller very kindly recommended the correct part and refunded me for the returned part. Highly recommended.

Bought a replacement battery for my Lenovo B490 computer but it wont work. Followed all the instructions enclosed but my computer informs the new battery has a fault so as a result will not charge...Contacted seller BatpItt"' to arrange a return...They emailed me instructions on how to mail it back to them using Royal Mail, followed these only to be informed at the post office that its not permitted to post such an item as a Li-ion battery unless its connected to the device? Informed Battpit of this by email four days ago and requested advice on how to proceed with returning the faulty battery...unfortunately haven't had a response as yet!

Cant review properly as it didnt make any difference for my laptop. I was hoping my dying laptop was down to faulty battery but looks like it wasnt.

I recently purchased this battery as I have ended up being constantly attached to a cable as my battery wouldn't keep charge. I was scepticle but I have had no trouble at all with my new battery and the speed of delivery was fitting was great.I d certainly recommend for anyone looking to buy..

Purtroppo la batteria non era compatibile, però apprezzo che mi abbiano rimborsato le spese di spedizione sia dell'andata che del ritorno, anche se non ho potuto dimostrarlo.

Excellent comme d'origine mais 3 étoiles pour la livraison a 7 € indiqué livraison à domicile mais finalement au point de relais avec le confinement si la galère

Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung.Ich verwende den Akku in meinem Gerät nun eine geraume Weile.Anderen Käufern möchte ich mit auf den Weg geben, dass dies kein Produkt ist wie das Original. Das sollte beim Kauf bedacht werden. Die Akkudauer ist (für meine Bedürfnisse) recht kurz, ca. 2,5 bis 3 Stunden.Der der Akku ist in seiner Handhabung leicht zu bedienen.Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Gerät.
