Looks like this supplier has listened to feedback. Having seen several comments about damage on arrival, these arrived very well packaged, retail box was inside a bigger box with lots of inflated wrap and all glasses are intact.We'd seen them while at a hotel, liked them and these didn't disappoint.

I would have loved the product if one the glasses had not been broken on arrival. Very poor packaging and should have believed others who commented on this and not bought the glasses which were for a present . Awful awful . I would not buy any more unless packaging was improved

One glass was broken but the seller quickly resolved this and sent a replacement. I didn’t have to return the rest of the glasses, just send photos of the broken glass. I also sent photos of the packaging, which looked sound with no obvious signs of damage. Overall the glasses are lovely and I use them regularly.

They are lovely glasses but vary hugely from one to another both in thickness, diameter of the opening and the depth of grooves.Good for the money and quite quirky but I doubt whether they’re first quality.

Lovely glasses. One was broken when they were delivered but I messaged the seller and they sent a replacement out same day, so super customer service!

Seller has listened to reviews, came well packed and none broken. Great value for money when bought 6. Love the look of these and tactile feel. Good size too, not to big like some balloon glasses.

This is advertised as a set of six, but only one glass has arrived.Absolutely not worth £42 for one glass.

Received glasses today but one of the glasses was broken despite the packaging being intact. Can only find option to return all glasses with no option to request only a replacement for the single glass.
