I bought this medical alert device for my grandmother because she lives alone now and doesn’t have a family member nearby in case an emergency occurs. She’s active still which is why I decided to try a mobile product like this. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and have tested the response time – it only took a few seconds to connect with the monitoring service who were very prompt and helpful. The speaker was loud enough for all of us to hear. I was worried the device would be too heavy but it’s surprisingly lightweight. The charging unit was easy for her to use. Unlike another reviewer here the product did come with a quick setup guide, simple to follow. We tested the device again after going out to a restaurant to check the GPS accuracy and they knew our location so this was a relief to know the location targeting works. I will update this review in the future but so far this has been a great investment for my grandmother and my family. It’s nice to know she has protection now in case she has an emergency.

My dad is 95 years young and I got this because I don't like that he spends a lot of time by himself. This device was easy to set up, and we performed a test to see how fast the response time was, and we were both pleasantly surprised.i would recommend this for any elderly person that spends a lot of time unsupervised.

Bulky but effective

Maybe any kind of instructions or a product manual would be great this came with absolutely nothing to my 84 year old mother's house and I came over to try to help her with it absolutely no instructions or anything and then today the help people couldn't even set it up. They were very kind and told me that I have to do it on Monday instead of Sunday but maybe it has some kind of written instructions it would have been nicer probably better not to have gotten it on Amazon but still there should be instructions in a sealed box

I ordered it on Sept 6th and it was delivered on the 10th. Customer support was extremely helpful while I was setting it up for my Grandfather. After two weeks with the product my grandfather says he feels more comfortable doing things around the house and feeling that he has more freedoms with it. He has also recommended it to a few others who have recently started to live on there own recently. I would highly recommend it as well to anyone that is looking for a good product for their loved ones to live independently.

It says "mini" but this is big, heavy and bulky to me. I got it for my parents and still haven't set it up yet. If you try calling on the weekend to start service, forget about it. They are not there to help on Sundays, on Saturday I was told to leave a message and never got a call back. I thought it was a $40 month per month but it's $50 per month, which I think is crazy.

alert devise works well. Have used for several weeks with no problems. Tech people were helpful and readily available to help set the device up.

Like most reviews, the product was purchased for a senior parent. Seemingly everything was as expected outside the size and weight of the device, but the devil is in the details. Not an insignificant Monthly fee & canceling the service is where things get interesting. Buyers beware.
