This blade performed resaw on 4 pieces of 1"x11" red oak boards without any issues. This is a great blade. It had no problem performing this difficult task - no heat and no excessive wandering. While I was tempted to buy a "Resaw King" (at $150), I decided to try a much less expensive blade first. This is a big blade and the first time installing it took a bit longer than my usual blade changes. Timber Wolf has a very specific set of guidelines for tensioning this blade which I followed - lowering tension until the blade flutters, then increasing tension to just past a point where the flutter stops. But the result was good as this cut faster than the 1/2 in blade I had been using and it cleared sawdust from the cut very well. The cut quality was the best I have obtained for resawing such a big piece of hardwood, but I still used a planer to clean up the cut face of each slice.
