Shalijit is good for Our body .. I been taking various makes brands and also raw Shalijit ..But in capsule form it's easy to take so this one is good whether it's is effective .. I can not tell ..But as told by history it's beneficial .. so I am taking 3 caps a day... I opened few caps and In side powder shalitjit taste is more like genuine but I feel there is a mixture .... so they can try to improve and sell the real 100% shalijit ..

This is a fraudulent product, which is not having Shilajit at all. I have opened two of the received capsules and checked for Shilajit quality. I am using Shilajit of different makes for the last 10years and I couldn't come across such a worthless product before. I am just posting my remarks only to help other customers, whose money to be protected. It's a waste of my ₹500.

The results are incredibly good. Don't think s*x when it comes to shilajit as I use to increase my stamina for workout. One has to take it for 7-8 days to see some result, also ensure to keep your diet in good figure because only supliment will not help you. Though it does help for that part as well. It keeps the energy level high and increase the performance as well (both). The aftertaste is only one thing which I didn't like as it leaves the bitter taste which I don't want in it. Otherwise a good product.

I have used many brands. I don't see any results of the tablet i think I should have gone for the resins but the product is not that great dint got the confidence the the product quality also seems to be okayish. Upkarma is good brand but you should try resins rather than this capsule
