It's good but don't buy it alone. If you are suffering from constipation then Buy gentle move along with it. I took it alone and due to heavy pressure it become painful for me and I got cut and lot of bleeding. Still I say product is good.

This product works phenomenal! Taking for two weeks and it’s a game changer! I’m thinking the 4 pills every evening, can sleep through the night and in the morning feel the ease going!!! I’ve been using Nature’s Sunshine Lower Bowel Stimulator for a while, and it works well without being too harsh on my system.
