Nautilus 618 Elliptical Machine

First, I did not purchase through Amazon and paid for delivery and assembly but wanted my fellow Amazon customers to be ware. The first system I purchased was defective (counsel and heart monitor did not work. It took 2 weeks to replace. Then the second one had similar issues but was stuck with it because my "trial" period expired waiting for the replacement system. Still have the Nautilus 618 elliptical system (1 year), still does not work properly, great workout but tracking your heartrate, distance and calories not so much. I gave up on the customer service from Nautilus as the kept referring me back to the store I purchased from (who were useless).
