An excellent collection of excerpts, short stories, reviews, essays etc on or related to food. A pleasant experience reading them. The variety is astounding, as one would find out after the purchase.The only defect is the quality of the paper used. Gives an otherwise beautiful cover rather a drab look. And the build of the book also appears a touch brittle. Given the content and the price who cares!
